TO THE ORIGIN OF SEXAGESIMAL SYSTEM OF NUMERATION

Sexagesimal Numeration System, all-known from the traditional clock face, came to us from the deep Ancient Times. It is survived apparently, helped by the fact that 60 has many divisors. But how could it arise? Seems to me, the answer is very simple, though difficult to prove it. Nevertheless, I intend to submit it to your court.
